Michel Berty, Chairman - Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Berty besides being a founding investor in SBI has served on the board of directors since April 24, 2002. Michel Berty is the former founder, Chairman & CEO of Cap Gemini America which was the American subsidiary of the Cap Gemini Sogeti Group (CGS). Now named Cap Gemini Ernst and Young, it is one of the largest IT consulting and services firms in the world with around 50,000 consultants and annual revenues in the range of $8 billion. Mr. Berty served as one of Cap Gemini's principal executives for more 25 years both in France and USA. Mr. Berty continues to be active with many IT groups around the world as a director or consultant including:

Merant, Plc (U.S.)- Software Product & Services (NASDAQ National Market (NNM): MRNT)

Michel also is a Board member of Center for French Civilization and Culture of New York University, Orchestra of St. Luke's in New York, the former Vice President of the French American Chamber of Commerce New York, Chevalier of the Legion of Honor (French) ,Officer of the Ordre National du Merite (France), Conseiller du Commerce Exterieur de la France. Mr. Berty was educated at La Sorbonne in Paris, France where he received his Ph.D. in physics and an MBA.

Chris Farnworth, President. Mr. Farnworth has extensive worldwide executive management experience with large and small multi national companies in high technology focusing upon business development, strategic planning and development of broadband telecommunications networks. With strong leadership at the board and operational levels, a successful track record in business/financial/SEC/NASD objectives for various groups, consortia development, standards and regulatory participation and operations. He was Managing Director of Coastal International Agencies and BIX Engineering, both subsidiaries of a major multinational company based in Singapore with offices in Hong Kong, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Board of Directors

The Honorable W. David Angus has been a Director since November 6, 2000. He has practiced law in the Canadian law firm of Stikeman Elliott since February 1963 and is a Senior Partner in the Montreal office. He was appointed Queens Counsel in December 1984. Senator Angus was summed to the Senate of Canada in 1963 and is presently a member of the Standing Senate Committees on “Banking, Trade and Commerce” and “Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration”. Senator Angus serves on the Board of Directors of Air Canada, AON Reed Stenhouse Inc. Eastern Canada Towing Limited, Eastern Canadian Tug Owners Association, Madeg Holdings Inc. and AutoSkill International Inc.

Mr. Allan S. Gibbins is President and CEO of Hubbell Canada Inc., a subsidiary of Hubbell Incorporated (HUB-A, HUB-B: NYSE), a manufacturer of premium electrical products for industrial, commercial, residential, and utility markets.

Gerard E. Munera studied at France's premier engineering school, the Ecole Polytechnique (Paris), and has more than 40 years experience in international business. Mr. Munera presently serves as CEO of Synergex, a private investment company. He previously served as CEO of Minorco (USA) and Union Miniere (Brussels); and, as Senior V.P., Corporate Planning and Development for RTZ Corporation Plc (London) and Senior VP Electrometallurgy, Graphite and Nuclear Fuels for Perchinery (Paris). He serves on numerous boards of directors, and is presently Vice President of the French American Chamber of Commerce.

Among his many different responsibilities, Michel was Chairman & CEO of the French Subsidiary from 1975-1980. Elaine Bloom, Rep. Bloom chaired many important committees and subcommittees during her 18 years in the Florida Legislature.  She authored more than 100 major laws, including the Florida International Banking Act, the Health Care Reform Act, and the Community Care for the Elderly Act, Tourism Marketing Act, Florida Public Transportation Act, Florida Emergency Management Act and the Law Enforcement Protection Act.  She chaired the Health Care Committee (1990-92), the Joint Legislative Management  Committee (1992-94) and the Tourism and Cultural Affairs Committee (1994-96), and also chaired the Joint Legislative Auditing Committee, the Task Force on the Future of the Florida Family, and Subcommittees of the Transportation, Government Operations, Health and Rehabilitative Services and Commerce Committees.

 

Her career has also included being a radio talk-show host, a government relations consultant and a fundraiser for educational institutions.  The Founding Chair of the Dade County Commission on the Status of Women, she was also the first woman appointed to be a Trustee of the Florida International University Foundation.  As a keynote speaker or lead presenter at numerous events across the U.S. over the past three decades, Rep. Bloom has covered such topics as: Women’s Issues, Economic Development, Health Care and Volunteerism.

She was the General Partner of the South Florida Broadcasting Corporation, which won an FCC license to operate an FM Radio station in Miami, and she served for seven, years on the Board of ANDRX, a public corporation, which develops generic drugs.  A 1957 graduate of Barnard College, she also holds honorary doctorate degrees from the International Fine Arts College and from Bar-Ilan university in Israel.

Dr. David Dalton, Director, & President of eMedRx (USA). Dr. Dalton has spent his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry, and brings over 30 years of experience to the group. He received a B.S. in pharmacy from West Virginia University in 1971 and was honored as one of the top ten graduates over a 100 - year span. Dr. Dalton became a Doctor of Pharmacy in 1974. He served in several capacities with Rite Aid Corporation from 1971 to 1989 including Corporate Vice President. He left Rite Aid Corporation to buy Peoples Drug Stores with an investment group inclusive of Robert Bass of Texas.

Dr. Dalton served as Senior Vice President, Dr. Dalton then acquired Sherman Management Group and Medical Service Agency, where he served as Chairman, President, and CEO, which he merged in November of 1994 to MEDNET, a Pharmacy Benefit Management Company (PBM) listed on NASDAQ. Dr. Dalton served as Executive Vice President of MEDNET and President of Medi-Claim (a wholly owned subsidiary of MEDNET). Dr. Dalton's next venture, Managed Care Rx, a National Specialty care pharmaceutical provider for assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and prisons, was merged with a subsidiary of Bergen Brunswick, a drug wholesale company with sales in excess of 14 billion.

His current ventures, Health Resources, Inc. for which he is Founder, President and CEO is a pharmacy benefit management company that has contracted with over 50,000 retail pharmacies for the fulfillment of prescription orders and Pharmacy Services, Inc. a National Specialty care pharmaceutical provider for nursing homes, assisted living, and correctional facilities. Health Resources, Inc. also provides vision care, eyeglasses and contact lens through its nationwide vision care provider, MVS Vision and dental care with its operational partner United Concordia, a subsidiary of Blue Shield of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Dalton is also President and CEO of Univec, http://www.univec.com/that provides safety and auto-disabled syringes, prefilled pharmaceutical syringes, safe medical waste disposal systems for caregivers and patients. Univec also provides pharmaceutical samples to physicians for pharmaceutical companies nationwide. Univec is a small cap public company of which Dr. Dalton is majority shareholder.

Dr. Dalton has served as a board member on such organizations as Blue Shield of Pennsylvania, United Way, National Health Association, National Association of Chain Drug Stores, (NACDS) and is one of the original members and Director of the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP).

Mr. Kenneth D. Taylor, Director served as the former Canadian Ambassador to Iran and has served as a diplomat in the Canadian Foreign Service. Mr. Taylor is a graduate from the University of Toronto (B.A.) and the University of California Berkeley (M.B.A.). Mr. Taylor's work has involved trade development in Guatemala, Detroit and London. He was also involved in foreign aid related matters in Pakistan; crisis management in Iran and the enhancement of Canada's image in New York. In addition to the many awards and honorary doctorates extended to Mr. Taylor, he has also received the Congressional Gold Medal from the United States and the Official, Order of Canada. After his Foreign Service, Mr. Taylor joined Nabisco Brands/RJR Nabisco as Senior Vice President during his tenure he formulated and implemented policies to strengthen that corporation's international interests and relationships.

During the past decade, Mr. Taylor provided counseling services to clients on issues of political risk, international marketing and strategic accommodation with government. Mr. Taylor currently serves as a board member of a range of companies, including energy corporations in Calgary, New York and Mexico City, financial service institutions in Toronto, and consumer goods enterprises in California. Mr. Taylor also serves as the Chairman of Global Public Affairs, Inc. and was installed as Chancellor of Victoria University in the University of Toronto.

Advisory Board

Security Biometrics has assembled a Board of Advisors to provide advice, guidance, and, from time to time, active assistance to the Company. Members of the Board of Advisors are:

James W. Davis (no relation to George Davis), is a Senior Partner at Key West Technologies, a consulting and business services firm that advises companies regarding technology, e-commerce, the Internet, and general management issues. Mr. Davis was previously President and CEO of MRT Micro, ASA/Inc., and has held positions with several other technology companies. He was previously a Director for Intel Corp.'s Home Computing Laboratory, and served as Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM, as a member of IBM's Academy of Science and Technology, and as Chief Technical Officer of the IBM PC Company Premium Brand.

Charles J. Weber was the President and Chief Executive Officer of George Lucas' Lucasfilm Ltd, where he was responsible for overseeing such blockbuster and record-breaking movies as The Empire Strikes Back and Raiders of the Lost Ark. Mr. Weber also served as the COO of Embassy Communications--a Norman Lear (creator of Archie Bunker and All in the Family) and Jerry Perenchio company--where Charles was the Executive in Charge of the feature film "Blade Runner". Mr. Weber served as CEO of Entertainment Company of America (ECA), a developer of interactive in-flight systems, with expertise in distribution, programming, and technical support re: in-flight audio/video broadcasts, games, merchandising, and on board communications' infrastructures. While Mr. Weber was the CEO of CanWest International, a CanWest Global Communications Corp. company, he was responsible for the development and acquisition of synergy-minded companies and strategic investments; which served to add to the CanWest Global Communications Corp's broadcast and media interests' umbrella, outside of Canada. Mr. Weber is member of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, a genuine philanthropist whom also sits on the board of the Starlight Children's Foundation International, an international non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families. He is a graduate of Manhattan College and received a Master's degree in Business Administration from Hofstra University.

Dr. Alon Adler has over thirty years experience in the information technology industry, leading transformations of several businesses into financial viability or greater profitability. He has also negotiated numerous deals while serving in a variety of capacities including CEO, sales and marketing management, business development and investment consultant.

Presently, Dr. Adler is CEO at Knorr Capital Partner (Israel) Ltd., a Consulting Investment Firm, where he also sits on the Board. He is also a Partner of ConWeb GmbH, a European business development provider, which offers service products to IT companies starting or expanding their marketing and sales activities in Europe. Most recently, Dr. Adler was CEO of WonderNet Ltd., where he was responsible for business development and raising capital. He had also been CEO for Optimet Ltd., managing a strategic partnership with Elexis, AG Germany. Dr. Adler has also served as the Managing Director of the German subsidiary of Cimatron Ltd, Israel, where he built a profitable, high quality sales and service organization, with sales of US $11 million and 40 employees after one year.

Previously, Dr. Adler spent 12 years at Silicon Graphics Inc. in various international assignments. In his last three years with the company, he served as the Regional Manager of Silicon Graphics’ Eastern European Distribution Operation, which included all of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Dr. Adler had also been the Acting Managing Director at Silicon Graphics OY, Helsinki, Finland, and prior to that position, he was the European Marketing Director for the manufacturing industries with Silicon Graphics Computer Systems, GmbH in Munich. He had also established and managed for four years the Silicon Graphics Subsidiary of Silicon Graphics Computer Systems Ltd. in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Sherman Tai is a renowned expert in the ancient Chinese art of divination, feng shui, and life chart. Feng Shui identifies forces in the environment, which interact with the individual’s Four Pillars of Destiny (birth date as in year, month, day and time) to create a situation where good or bad fortune becomes the order of the day for each individual. Mr. Tai’s consultant services are in demand by many Chinese, immigrant’s and business alike he is the exclusive feng shui master for HSBC, in the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Mr. Tai actively participates in the weekly Canadian radio program for AM1320. He is a feature writer with Ming Pao and Sing Tao and writes weekly articles for the Chinese community newspapers and magazines in Hong Kong. Mr. Tai has published seven books, five in Chinese and 2 in English concerning the art of feng shui.

Sherman Tai is a graduated from the Hong Kong Technological University; and furthered his education at UCLA, California, and USA. Mr. Tai also served as a mechanical engineer for the Hutchison Whampao Companies in Hong Kong.

George Gould is President of GT Financing and Insurance Specialists Ltd. He previously served in several senior management positions with HSBC, one of the world's largest financial institutions.

R. Craig Barton, President, CEO, and COO of Barton Insurance Brokers Ltd., the largest insurance brokerage firm in British Columbia.

George Davis, a Barrister and Solicitor specializing in lender liability litigation, asset protection, and corporate reorganization in Canada and the U.S.

Superintendent Dave McLay (Ret.) served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police from 1957 until his retirement in May 1994.
